A bench on Pluto booklet

During this year's TEDx GUC event " A bench on Pluto ", in the welcome package there was a pocket booklet that is well designed to help us understand ourselves better and enhance our self-awareness. In the second page, they are advising all of us to answer the questions truthfully and honestly not as how we wish or how we should answer. And reminds us all that nobody is around to judge; as this is all about our own self-growth. The 12 questions are: How do I respond to situations that I have no control over? How do I deal with negativity in my environment? Confront it and try to change it, Accept it and let it affect you, Completely ignore it, Other. How do I deal with change? Avoid it, Welcome it, Fear it. How do I respond to situations that force me to get out of my comfort zone? How do I deal with rejection? How do I deal with being misperceived or misunderstood? Panic and get anxious over what they think of me, Not address it and ignore it, Feel angry, Try to correct them and show them they're mistaken, Other. How do I deal with emotional pain? How do I respond when I make a mistake or when I fail at something? How do I spend my free time? How do I deal with the violence, hate, and suffering in the world? How do I recharge, rejuvenate, and replenish my energy? How much do I prioritize spending time and energy on myself and on my passions? My answers now are: I generally respond to the situations that I have no control over by adapting and going with the flow to save my energy for more important battles. I do confront myself with the negativities in my environment trying to change it as much as I can. I usually welcome change into my life. I do welcome the situations that force me to get out of my comfort zone. If I am rejected in any situation, I treat this as a lesson to learn. If I ever felt that I am misunderstood, I do get anxious and try my best to correct this. With emotional pain I do feel vulnerable, however I try to distract my mind by silver shopping. When I do a mistake, I make sure to correct it. When I fail in something, I make sure to learn. I usually don't have free time, I love to have a busy day between my job and interests. I deal with the violence, hate, and suffering in the world by understanding and inspiring others to change as much as I can. I do recharge my energy when I take vacations, read a good book, watch a good movie, or write a good article. I usually put myself and my needs first, keeping in mind to not be selfish. Try to answer those questions yourself as I have done above. Try to do this regularly to see how are you growing and progressing. I'd advice you to buy a pocket notebook, and every month write the date and answer the 12 questions. Repeat this monthly and see your progression.
